Dog fouling in West Challow

Unfortunately we have to report that there has been a noticeable increase recently in unpleasant dog fouling, specifically in the vicinity of the village hall.

This is very disappointing since a big effort has been made recently by the village hall committee to improve the general appearance of the hall and also the surrounding planted areas ready for outdoor village activities – especially the forthcoming platinum jubilee celebrations.

The large grassy area at the back of the hall has now been tidied up and cut back, ready for use by everyone – but is being spoiled by unacceptable and dangerous dog mess being left there.

Could dog owners please ensure their dogs are on leads in these areas, and clear up after them, to ensure that these communal village areas are not a health hazard and are safe for all to use.
