West Challow Village Hall AGM

Please find attached the agenda for the West Challow Village Hall AGM.

Your help is needed …….

After two decades being the face of West Challow and instrumental in the running of the hall Margaret has decided to step down. This may be a great loss to the committee but quite fair!

As a result we are looking for a new committee member. This is in order to fulfil the requirement in the Trust Deeds to have a minimum of 4 Committee members.

The new person/people would be asked to help out whenever possible with events, new ideas etc. and attend committee meetings which are usually 3 a year. Most of the day to day running and decisions are arranged via the WhatsApp group. Although we take our roles seriously we do have fun. There is no requirement to become a Trustee for the hall.

The current Committee members are Margaret, Ally, Deborah and Mandy. The Trustees are Ally, Deborah, Lucinda and Mandy.

Many of you help whenever asked which is truly appreciated but we need at least one more official person.
